3. What is thedelivery time?
Usually, we process your orders within 3-5 business days and the deliveries take 8-25 days for most orders within the U.S. for regular shipping and 2-4 business days (can take up to 10 business days or more) for express shipping. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live!Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 10 business days to process your order and up to 2 months for your delivery to arrive. 6. Does import duties, taxes are included?
No. Charges are buyer's responsibility. Each country has its own customs regulation and we have no control over this. Please check thoroughly about the customs (import duties and taxes) regulation of your country in prior to the shipment of your order as you will be responsible for all customs related issues with your shipment (including the return or disposal of the package) once it arrives in your country.
7. Can’t find the product you want in the wholesale product list?
Please email us the name of the product, we will check and let you know if the item can be provided with the wholesale price.
8. What to do if I received the wrong items?
